I can’t put my finger on what it is about the Birkby House but after shooting there twice this last month it completely won me over. Perhaps it’s because it’s in the heart of downtown Leesburg which is basically a second home to me (don’t even get me started) or maybe it’s the stellar team I have gotten to work with while photographing these sweet days…either way, I leave a happy camper every time.
Matt & Katie…can we fangirl over them for a second!? I simply adore these two. They are fun, kind, and so easy going. I showed up to the bridal suite to begin capturing their day and immediately felt like I was walking into a room with old friends. It just speaks to the couple that Katie and Matt are and I have enjoyed every moment spent getting to know them this last year.
There were a ton of brag worthy details incorporated into this special day, but my top favs would probably include: the adorable street mural, Katies BHLDN dress, and the incredible desert table spread that um, HELLO I am still drooling over😍
