Ohh am I excited that TODAY is blog day!!!!! This weekend I had the privilege of photographing the lovely Caleb & Danniele whose wedding I am shooting this spring.
As the date of their session started approaching, I took a peek at the forecast for the week and saw that there was a chance of wintery mix for Saturday. So naturally I prayed & prayed for some gorgeous snow to grace the grounds for the time of our session. Although it was no blizzard by any means, it DID flurry…hey! i’ll take what I can get! and of course later that evening through the entire next day the floodgates of snow poured out 😉 isn’t that how it always goes? haha
Danniele & Caleb y’all made ice cold temps look so warm & cozy. (which is no easy feat.) I so enjoyed spending time with you! and cannot wait to photograph your sweet day in May! I just *know* it’s going to be something special.
Meet this #HSPcouple >>
They brought their sweet daughter Camden along, she was our sideline cheerleader for most of the shoot but I just *had* to snag a few shots of this cutie!!
ok, THEY ARE THE CUTEST….
I‘m strangely captivated by this photo. I’m not sure I have ever taken something that has pulled so deeply on my heart strings but it just paints this powerful message of hope that I can’t seem to shake. It reminds me that the one who holds the heavens is holding onto me. That no length, no height, no width, no depth, can separate us from the love of Christ (Ephesians 3) !!! <— I pray I would reach for his slip-less grip in my every day (because friends: he is here in these moments…willing & waiting to lead us through victoriously!) what a truth to hold onto <3
the moments that I love to capture.
Xoxo,
Hannah
