Leesburg Wedding Photographer, Birkby House | Caroline + Matt
I arrived to the Birkby House in downtown Leesburg, overwhelmed by the love I was welcomed with.
Sweet Caroline was the soundtrack to their day. It came on in the bridal suite and all the bridesmaids cheerfully danced around, photographed their first look in the garden and overheard the sound of groomsmen (who were inside might I add😂) cheering to it like their anthem. I watched as friends and family lifted these two up literally and figuratively on the dance floor and my heart officially melted. I mean…if I hadn’t known any better I might have been convinced this song was written for the bride herself.
Neil said it best when he sang: “Sweet Caroline, good times never seemed so good.” Call me sappy but Caroline embodies bright love and infectious joy that leaves no one feeling like a stranger. I get why her & Matt have so many people in their corner who love and adore doing life by their side.
This collection of wedding photos are simple reminders to me of the infectious joy that filled their day. Enjoy reliving one of the happiest days of their life!!
