Golden souls at golden hour?! Cheesy but trueee. ✨ These two radiate such big light so why am I even surprised that the sunshine was pouring over the Ortega Mountains as they danced throughout the field?? This atmosphere felt so fitting for Conor and Emily’s San Juan Capistrano couples shoot.

There are certain evenings that I leave a session and just feel so darn grateful that I get to do this for a living. Getting to know such radiant souls and create something with them that shares not only their one-of-a-kind love but also tells their story in a genuine way that feels like them is such an enriching passion of mine. It never gets old.

I first met Emily when I was visiting in town last summer when she modeled for a shoot I was doing at the San Clemente Pier. A stranger turned dear friend in a matter of what felt like minutes, it will forever be a core memory type of evening. When I think of my first encounters in San Clemente and the way God placed such specific experiences + people in my path, Sweet Em will always come to mind. Since the start of our friendship we’ve been dreaming of doing a fun adventure session with her boyfriend Conor and goodness this evening’s San Juan Capistrano couples shoot LIVED UP to the hype. Getting to create with these radiant souls and bottle up their precious love was so life-giving & sweet.
